Our patrons come from our community and beyond, so do our volunteers. Whenever we can we participate in extra community events, providing entertainment and leadership.
Employee-Inspired Giving
Our Employee-Inspired Giving Program seeks to support and encourage each employee’s personal generosity and community volunteering. We provide:
1:1 matching up to 5,000S$ per fiscal year to eligible charitable organizations worldwide
1,000$ Champion Grant to employees who complete 48 hours of volunteering within one fiscal year
Riding the Wave Grants to celebrate employees who reach their 3-, 5-, 10-, and 15-year milestones
Team Grants to help offset qualifying costs a nonprofit may incur for hosting teams of 5 or more employee volunteers

Toys for Tots
For the past 15 years, HPA Events has worked with the Toys for Tots Foundation – a program that collects new, unwrapped toys from October-December and distributes gifts to needy children within community. With 100% of the proceeds going to purchasing toys, HPA Events has held a variety of events to raise money, from internal only to building-wide raffles. In 2011, we held our first ever Fear Factor for the Kids competition, where employee volunteers from each department were sponsored and challenged to consume 20 exotic items from around the world – and raised over 13000S$ from this event alone! To date, HPA Events has raised over 40,000S$ for toy purchasing!
